If you use delivery services that provide tracking, you can assign tracking numbers for corresponding orders. Your customers will receive them by email.
To assign tracking numbers:
- Go to the Store Menu, click My Sales, and then click Orders.
- Find the order you want to assign the tracking number to.
- Click Update Order.
- Select Mark as Shipped.
- Enter the tracking number.
- Click Mark as Shipped.
Your customer will get an email with this tracking number.
In some cases, you might need to edit the template of the message with the tracking codes.
